Summer has arrived which means it's shorts season! As always I'm in the mood for brights and this pair from The Impeccable Pig is just pure neon perfection. We had a casual dinner at Beasley's Chicken + Honey on Saturday night so this was my "I don't feel like dressing up too much because it's almost 90 degrees outside" outfit (whew that was a mouthful)

I bought this denim vest at a vintage store a few years ago and I'm always racking my brain on ways to style it.. I thought it would be a fun way to dress down the shorts without having to wear a denim jacket and sweat to death. 

Are you guys into the retro sunglasses trend? Even though I've had these for forever I hardly ever wear them. I decided to break them out this weekend and give myself a little John Lennon vibe. Would you guys ever think about wearing them? Let me know what you think. Happy Monday everyone!
