I'm no stranger to wishing for Frends Headphones (still dream about the pair I posted in this post) But imagine my excitement when I learned they were teaming up with one of my favorite jewelry companies to create a fabulous meeting-of-the-minds product. New Obsession: Erin Dana Belt Bag

Ever since I caught a glimpse of Erin Dana's belt bag I've been having mah-jor lusting after thoughts. We're talking actual dreams about a fanny pack (which is totally not weird by the way) I've been on the hunt for a vintage option for a while now, but I think I might have to take the plunge and nab this baby in champagne. I mean hands free = more time to instagram people! It's just too good to pass up. And with a bachelorette trip to New Orleans coming up, a night (or 2 or 3) of double fisting is definitely on the horizon which means I need be as hands free as possible...

I'm dreaming of those confetti tights underneath a puffy tulle skirt. Pair that with the gold glitter pumps and you've basically got yourself the epitome of a girly girl's dream! I really love the BCBGeneration Affirmation bracelets too. Did you know that you can custom create your own with letters and symbols? How brilliant is that?!

 

It's very rare that I leave the house without nail polish or lipstick. I think it makes me feel like my outfit is "finished" even if I'm just running errands in yoga pants and sneakers. I've been spying everyone wearing the MAC Candy Yum Yum so I think it's high time I add it to my collection. Butter's "The Black Knight" nail polish would be so sexy on your toes - black with glimmers of purple, pink & silver shine? Super pretty!

 

I have to be honest - I never usually ask for jewelry for any kind of holiday (birthday, anniversary etc..) but when I set my eyes on this Pink Amethyst & Diamond ring, it literally made my heart skip a beat. The fact that it's wrapped in Rose Gold is pure icing on the cake! And yes, while it is most definitely is a splurge, it's not as expensive as you think ;)

Although our weather patterns seem to be having difficulty deciphering what time of the year it was (74 yesterday, 53 today) I'm well aware that winter is coming in strong! And I wouldn't exactly call this my Christmas list but more what items I want so that I can create dazzling winter and holiday party outfits.....

 

Okay ever since I spotted this Zara beauty on Poor Little It Girl, I cannot get it off my mind. It just looks so cozy & comfy that it would go with any outfit. I'm not sure why but I own absolutely nothing plaid so I figured this could be a great start. And speaking of owning nothing plaid... I didn't think I could pull off a gingham shirt - but after seeing this pin on Pinterest - I'm determined to try! This Old Navy option (comes in blue too) is the perfect price to play around in.

 

I love dressing up for Thankgiving. It's basically the jump start to the holiday party season. However my waistline usually hates me since I have to unbutton my jeans 1/2 way through my 2nd (or 3rd) helping. Enter Sequin Slouchy Pants.. with an elastic waistband... I mean, hello! Genius or what? I also am obsessed with the new black and gold version my favorite Bradshaw watch from Michael Kors. It's so sleek & sexy! Also a gal can never have too many pairs of pointy toe pumps - how about this studded option at a fabulous steal of a price!

 

Okay, now I've been hinting at wanting a tulle skirt for about 100 years now.. but thankfully Space 46 Boutique is coming out with a midi version that will be available to ship around December 7th. Which means it will be here just in time for Christmas!!!! I can't even begin to tell you how ecstatically happy this makes me. I plan to never take it off. I might even sleep in it (sorry Bill)

Wednesday Wish List: Fall Edition

Don't get me wrong.. I'm not wishing the rest of summer away here.. I am a summer baby through and through. But there are a few items that I've had my eye on for Fall...

 

I'm loving the fact that I can shop on H&M online now! There's a few catches, like as of now, you can't return items to the store. But knowing how much people are going to love this, they'll just have to change it. And I hope soon because I need that leather skater skirt in my life! I most definitely need a black panama hat ASAP. The perfect piece for covering up my bad hair days.

 

Also, I missed out on these gorgeous oxblood Sole Society booties last year. This year, I'm determined not to! They have a $75 price tag so adding them to next month's budget is a MUST. They'll go perfect with the J.Crew Blythe blouse I spotted on Ashley last month. I'm officially labeling it "The" white shirt! Or any pair of printed trousers. I'm still majorly into floral print but these baroque print trousers have totally caught my eye!

 

I've fallen hard for my Mr. One Nighter in black - it's the perfect going out bag. The strap allows me to wear it as either a cross body or as a shoulder bag - totally depending on my mood which, let's face it, is always changing ;)  So this fall, I'm hoping to sport the stunning white version. It's just so pretty!

We've been so busy with moving and getting settled that I haven't had time to do any shopping (which my husband will tell you is a good great thing) I've been itching to purchase some new items but for some reason my normal on budget thinking has gone straight out the window. Enter this "Wednesday Wish List - if money were no option" edition. That's okay though.. it's just a "wish list"... right?

Lusting After: Old Navy Hooded Anorak

 

This Old Navy jacket has just moved up to #1 on my current Must Haves. I guarantee you'll feel the same way and not just about the $49 price tag! The hooded anorak comes in 5 colors (black, emerald, oatmeal, orange and army green) which means options for everyone! The hood is detachable making it easy to take on or off when it's needed. I love the drawstring waist which not only provides a fabulous fit, but also ensures you won't have a shapeless figure. And that's not even my favorite part! There's a removeable insulated vest which keeps your body warm and toasty on cold winter days, and completely take out for mild fall weather. Another nice bonus is that the additional lining isn't super bulky like other insulated pieces can be. Can you believe you get all of this for $49?!

 

I beelined straight for the Army Green yesterday and tried on an XS. Definitely too tight - especially if you'll be wearing layers underneath. Happy Wednesday loves! Let's beat the mid-week blues by chatting about the latest addition to my wish list... ban.do's black label! You'll remember that ban.do is one of the reasons I started BAD after I blogged for them during the 2009 holiday season.

The thing I adore about ban.do is the fact that they offer budget friendly accessories (like sequined hearts for $15 and fun corsages under $75) as well as specialty one-of-a-kind pieces. Their black label is filled with lots of sparkle, tulle, veils, poms and anything super girly that you can think of.

While past collections have included vintage inspired pieces (last year's was a total homage to Joan from Mad Men) this time they wanted a more rock-n-roll vibe that's totally fresh and playful. Classic ban.do. Perfect occasions for wearing these beauties are celebrations like your wedding reception, birthday party, or just because it's a Tuesday night and you want to look fabulous (my personal excuse)

The pieces I'm seriously lusting after the most are those gorrrrrrrg sparkly combs as well as the "Can't Stop Won't Stop Vol 1" (note: volumes 2 & 3 ain't so bad either!) Hello BAD readers!! I'm currently flying high somewhere over the Midwest on my way to NYC! I could hardly sleep last night with thoughts of IFBcon, LuckyFABB & NYFW running around in my head. Well that and trying to stuff all my clothes into a suitcase! With as many activities as I have going on, there's one place I'm beyond excited to visit - Topshop New York!

If you don't know what Topshop is - here is a brief synopsis. It's an amazing store that carries on trend clothing at both budget and moderate prices. Think of it as if Forever 21 and H&M married and produced slightly better quality clothing. (They also carry up and coming designers as well) The London based retailer has slowly been making it's way west with locations in NYC & Vegas, but the LA store won't open until Spring 2013. However, they recently opened up their online store and now you can get Topshop delivered right to your door.

After searching for peplum tops all over the greater Los Angeles area I came up empty handed. A quick search online and I discovered that Topshop currently has over 100 peplum pieces and more than 50 of them are tops! I've scouted out 6 options above and hope that I can find at least one that fits! Are you digging the peplum trend? Keep me posted on what you love and hate about it.
