If you follow me on instagram then you know that one of my best friends got married this weekend! I had such great time dancing with old (and new!) friends, eating amazing food (grown on her mom's farm!) and just seeing her so incredibly happy. It was a great weekend.

 

So yesterday was spent relaxing at the pool and watching lots of football. At this point, I figure I may as well embrace these 85+ degree temperatures. So a breezy maxi and lightweight tank allowed me to sweat slightly less than usual yesterday.

 

I start my new job this morning as a stylist at the Apricot Lane North Hills store! So if you're around Raleigh today or this week - stop by! Happy Monday everyone! xo

Outfit Post: Hot Pink Happy Hour

After grabbing drinks at our favorite new place, Copo D'Oro, we snapped a few pictures down at the 3rd street promenade. Normally, I'm not a "matchy-matchy" kind of gal but I really wanted to pair these hot pink shades together.

I snagged this Amrita Singh necklace during a sale a few weeks ago. I love how her pieces always add a big splash or make a statement. To divert from the pinks, I added my colorful leopard belt for a bit of quirkiness and some flats since we rode our bikes down to the bar. All in all the perfect mix of girlish bohemian flair. Happy Tuesday! xoxo
