I'm REALLY excited to tell you about a fabulous and event that is happening here in Raleigh, NC in 3 weeks. The Pink Effect, an organization dedicated to raising money for Breast Cancer research is having their 5th anniversary fundraiser on September 28th, 2013. This is a major kickoff to breast cancer awareness and this year they've decided to mix things up a bit by putting on a fashion show at Big Boss Brewery!
Check out this impressive lineup of local boutiques - Apricot Lane, Vestique, Scout & Molly's, Uniquities, High Line Boutique, The Art of Style and JousJous. In addition to the fashion show, there will be a DJ, raffle for prizes, games and a photo booth!
Tickets are on sale now and VIP tickets are $50. They include 3 drink tickets (yes, please!), heavy hors d'ouvres (catered by Whole Foods!) & a fabulous commemorative tote bag. The doors open at 7:30 p.m. with the fashion show beginning at 8:30 p.m.
I'm really excited about this event especially since all proceeds are going to be benefitting the wonderful Earlier.Org - which is the only national organization solely devoted to earlier breast cancer detections/tests. We'd really love to make this event a success and try to meet our goal of raising $10,000 for Earlier.Org. It's the perfect excuse to get a bunch of girlfriends together and make a Girl's Night Out of it! I'll be there and would love to meet and mingle with you!
