Outfit Post: Sleeveless White Vest

Ever since I received this white sleeveless long blazer, I've been racking my brain on how I can wear it throughout the seasons. I thought why not share about how I'd wear it now, and then still be able to wear it later, as the temperatures really drop.

We're still going to be in the upper 70's later this week and this is a perfect counterpart to that awkward weather limbo season. It's the perfect look for the office that's still put together but fashion forward enough for me. Plus when I'm walking to get my lunch, I won't be sweating in fall sun. I LOVE the length of this blazer - it's super flattering on. I'm thinking I'll wear it next with some skinny jeans and a blouse once the thermometer starts to drop. How would you wear it? Game Day Outfit: Garnet Suede Shift Dress

I love this time in the season when Danielle from Lou What Wear and I do our football "Game Day Showdown" collaboration! Normally we do a FSU vs Miami showdown, but we switched it up a bit this time. Since Louisville is now in the ACC conference and being that she lives there, she often attends the Cards games (Apparently, they have beer which would make me a Cards fan too. I hope my Kentucky Wildcat husband never reads that sentance.)

I love the brands we get to work with during this collab and this year we teamed up with The Mint Julep Boutique! They're got a ton of cute game day options, and even more just cute clothes! Sometimes, I get to be comfy casual when watching the Florida State games. And other times, it's Saturday! Which means we have an event or a party to go to after the 4th quarter (or sometimes during the game. Eeeek!) So this was one of those "glam game day" outfits where I got to wear it for the game, but guess what? It doubles as just a regular outfit too! After all, aren't those versatile outfits the best anyways?

I'm REALLY into the suede look right now. It's so lush. This shift dress is so incredibly comfortable. I love the details on it like the suede-like material, laser cut out hem, and pockets! Plus, the fact that it's garnet/burgundy/oxblood/wine/whatever you want to call this color, it's probably going to get lots of use as we head into the Holiday season. Can't believe it's almost that time of year already!

Psssst how amazing is this rose gold wood watch? Yes that's right, wood watch! Super unique right? I absolutely love the color and the metallic face, while the Swarovski crystals are a glam touch. (Hello, this is Bedazzles After Dark after all! But I think my favorite part about it, is that it's so lightweight. And since I'm such a big fan of oversize watches, I get the look without all the weight on my wrist. Did I mention they have ladies and men's options? Yes, please!

I don't know about you, but sometimes I feel my best in a great pair of jeans and a comfy tee. I had a girls night out with a friend in town and as much as I wanted to get dressed up, this outfit was just as chic to me and allowed me to eat truffle fries. Okay LOTS of truffle fries.

I know I've already shared my love for the 90's over and over again, but I just can't enough of crop tops or these peep toe mules. I wasn't sure if mules were even for me, but once these babies arrived, I knew it was love at first purchase. I loved them SO much, that I even bought them in black. Yes please! Pssst they run a little bit so make sure you get your size. If you're in between sizes, I'd size down.

I'm headed to CA this week for so much needed girl time with my favorites. I haven't even started to think about packing. Does anyone else wait until the last minute to pack? I'm the absolute worst. So basically I'll be up late on Wednesday night before my 7 AM flight. Why fix something if it ain't broke ;) Happy Tuesday loves!
