Outfit Idea: J. Crew's Up, Up & Away!

Happy Monday everyone! As you know, I've been searching for some inspiration lately and I found just what I needed with J. Crew's January styling guide. Full of color, prints & ladylike silhouettes, these outfit ideas are the perfect answer to perk up my January blues. I hope these photos inspire you to experiment with your wardrobe as much as they've challenged me!

Printed jeans & a chambray shirt are always a fabulous combo

Try dressing down your sequin skirt (bonus points if it's printed!) with a long sleeve striped shirt. Perfect for the office or happy hour with the girls

A bright pop of color from your sweater is a perfect match with polka dot skinnies. Then again, when are polka dots or neon ever a bad idea?

Lift your winter spirits with white denim & a fitted tunic. If you can rock a metallic sandal in your city without freezing your toes off, even better. If not - try a wedge ankle boot until you can.

I love the idea of stripes on stripes. Pairing them in 2 different shades show off your shape as well as your expertise in mixing prints!

Again, you can't go wrong with polka dots & neon. Add a bold statement necklace to tie everything together

I adore this colored, preppy spin on a collared shirt. Navy skinnies, metallic sandals & a rad pair of shades are all you need for a weekend uniform
