Time for round 2 of #BADinNOLA! Let's talk Summer Vacay wear... it was so stinking hot and humid in New Orleans. And it rained part of the time. So when I was packing my outfits, I had to pick items that would not only be stylish but keep me cool in the hot temps. This sheer beaded top was the answer to my prayers - like built in air conditioning. I paired it with a top knot and denim cutoffs for our first night in town - a casual get together while we waited for all the girls to arrive!

Psssst I am uhhhh-bsessed with these flats & sunnies from Sole Society. That flats were the perfect shoe for traveling and walking activities! Also don't even get me started on how in love with this belt bag I am... it's amazing!!

My Sun Tan City

I must admit something: I love to be tan. There's something about it that makes clothes fit better, hair color brighter, body problem areas more toned... come on, we all know the feeling right?!

But as I'm getting older, I'm trying to be smarter about my sun exposure. I wear sunscreen regularly, sometimes choose to sit under an umbrella at the beach and check my body regularly for any weird spots. Don't get me wrong, I still love a good day of laying out.
